Warmup
– Walk – 45 sec
– Neck Stretch and Hold – 10 sec each position
– Arm Circles – 10 both directions
– Ankle Rotations – 10 sec each position
– Side Steps – 30 sec

Exercise Series – Repeat series 5 times with 30 second break in-between
– Side Leg Raises – 10 each leg
– Calf Raises – 20
– Side Leg Raises – 10 each leg
– Arm Circles – 20 Forward
– Side Leg Raises – 10 each leg
– Arm Circles – 20 Backward

Cool Down
– Neck Stretch and Hold – 10 sec each position
– Lean Back Hip Stretch and Hold – 15 sec each position
– Arms to the Sky – 10 sec each position
– Bear Hug – 2 times
